 Homeless Assistance

We connect folks with the appropriate resources necessary to achieve stable housing and other services.

We work with you to pursue your goal of homeownership by assessing your mortgage readiness through financial counseling and education.


We also work with individuals who are interested in the USDA Rural Development Program.

 Homeownership Preservation

We help you keep the home you worked hard to obtain through our counseling and advocacy services.


    

I currently own my home and would like help developing a strategy for home maintenance.

 Lending

We offer Small Dollar Loans as an alternative to payday loans (up to $4,000), with affordable payment plans and lower interest rates to help you meet your financial goals.


*Please be aware that in order to apply for a Small Dollar Loan, you must first participate in a financial/housing counseling session with one of our team members.

 Rental Housing Counseling

As a renter you may have questions about your lease agreement or your relationship with your landlord, or you may even need help to avoid an eviction. We are here to help you no matter what your questions or concerns might be!

 Courses & Classes

We offer a variety of classes that can help you reach your financial and housing goals. All classes are conducted through a video streaming service so you can attend them from any location that offers a reliable Internet service.


Our classes fulfill the education requirements often needed by lenders and other grant programs such as MSHDA Down-Payment Assistance, MSHDA Key to Own, and USDA Rural Development.
